TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING POLICY
Confirmed bookings – A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
Low season – A deposit of $200 will confirm a one-week booking during the low and mid season.
High season – A deposit of $500 will confirm a one week booking in the high season

Please note that a small surcharge will apply when making payment by American Express or Diners cards.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
When a booking is made less than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date, payment must be made in full to secure your stay. Cancellation will result in no refund being given.
 

EARLY DEPARTURES
There will be no refund given for guests that elect to depart early. There will be no refund given for guests that arrive later than the expected planned date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PEAK – CHRISTMAS ,  EASTER & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
All bookings for periods deemed as peak, ie, Christmas & Easter and the September school holidays must have a Minimum deposit of $500 per week prepaid at time of booking. 28 days notice is the minimum cancellation requirement for these periods. If the appropriate notice is given a full refund will be given less an administration fee of $50.00 which will be deducted from the deposit paid. If less than 28 days notice is given there will be no refund unless and until the unit has been re let for the entire period of the original booking. In which case an administration fee of $50.00 will apply and will be deducted from the original deposit paid.

MID SEASON PERIODS
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be made less the administration fee of $50.00 which will be deducted from the deposit held. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days notice prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless and until the unit has been re let for the entire period of the original booking. In which case an administration fee of $50.00 will apply and will be deducted from the original deposit paid.

LOW SEASON PERIODS
If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be made less the administration fee of $50.00 which will be deducted from the original deposit held. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days notice prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless and until the unit has been re let for the entire period of the original booking. In which case an administration fee of $50.00 will apply and will be deducted from the original deposit paid.
